#AskTheExpert hi Dr , my son is 1 year and 6 months old, he is always constipated, he don't like water, so he drinks less liquid, plz suggest some remedy for tat, plz also suggest diet chart for tis age.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. With every meal, offer water in a bottle or cup. Give fluids in food by making foods as runny as possible to avoid constipation, offer fiber rich food, fruit and veggies.
