#asktheexpert Hi dr, my daughter has had pain around the belly button and I took her to the Dr who suggested deworming. in how many days can I expect her stomach pain to be relieved

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. depending on the diagnosis and treatment response. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

If it was because of worms then you will see a good relief within maximum 24 hours and if it is not because of worms that further medication would be required only after figuring out what’s the problem as it is not airily because of worms only so just check for 24 hours otherwise reconcile the Dr
