#asktheexpert Hi Dr, My baby is gng to complete 4m. He did not hold his neck still and did not roll over. His head is lil big. His weight is 5.4 kgs. During tummy time he's raising head to only right side but not straight. is it normal? when do babies hold their neck completely and when they I'll roll over?

Hello mom normally around 4 to 5 months babies tends to balanced their head to an extent also as you have mentioned regarding his head sizes and keeping it only to one side , that can only be clear on that once physically examined .. so try to consult a paediatrician for it or try attaching a pic for a clear understanding
