Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. it depends on the bilirubin reading of the baby. ideally it should reduce in 2 to 3 days after giving phototherapy. after that if you are breastfeeding then you must watch out your diet. it will gradually reduce. take the baby in sunlight everyday for a few minutes. please consult your pediatrician itself and follow her advice.
