#AskTheExpert Hi dr My 1 year old baby is facing constipation. She cries during poo. I gave her relax syrup but thats not working. Please tell me some medicine for her constipation

A. apply mamaearth tummy roll.on for kids. it has hing and good.for constipation and othe colic issues

Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many cases where the most important causative factor is decrease ingftake of high fibre diet along with lesser fluid intake. some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition. diet modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and PEG .
