#asktheexpert Hi Dr.Gunjan, my son is 5 month and 13 days old. what solids can I start with? also he was born in 8 months old. Is it safe to start now ?

Ma’am whether a child is a premature child or a full term child the correct age for you to start giving food to the child is only after completing the time of six months so please speak to that and after that only you can start giving food to the child prior to that the feeding that you gave is just good enough
