#AskTheExpert Hi Dr breast milk is not sufficient for my 1 month old baby.. Im already taking lactare and galact but still the problem remains the same... kindly suggest for 2nd option for baby food apart from breast milk

give formula like Aptamil or nanpro
along with that , please try your best to offer breasfeeding more
because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
mam , I advise to make sure that your child latches properly or not because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply
