#AskTheExpert Hi Dr breast milk is not sufficient for my 1 month old baby.. Im already taking lactare and galact but still the problem remains the same... kindly suggest for 2nd option for baby food apart from breast milk

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can try giving Nan Pro ifyou are not able to breast feed the baby and to enhance your milk flow you can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi give formula like Aptamil or nanpro along with that , please try your best to offer breasfeeding more because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. mam , I advise to make sure that your child latches properly or not because sometimes poor latching can cause low milk supply
