A. No Just because your child is flapping the hands does not mean your child is autistic what is the other side also not making proper eye contact knock made you are not responding to name a lying things into a line they do not understand simple instructions they cannot talk properly they just into their own zone and boldly these are lots and lots of signs associated with autism clapping of hands is one of them but it is not necessarily autism
