you can include everything in the meal of your child. give vegetables, fruits, pulses, milk, egg, fruit juices in adequate amount.
consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup and diet plan accordingly.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby.
Restrict milk to 400 - 500 ml in a day.
Give all that you cook for your family.
Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish if u are non vegetarian, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet.
Add garlic and ginger in ur meal to boost immunity.
Include lemon, kiwi, coconut water, amla, kiwi, mango etc rich in vitamin C to boost immunity
