If it was not safe during breastfeeding do you really think your doctor would advise you any medicine which would be risky for you or specially for your child I don’t think so they much experience so please go ahead with what you are Dr is suggesting also sometimes you to incorrect poster also we can face this problem so take care of that and he has gastric issues are very common if you feel it could be gas or acidity then you can take medicine accordingly after figuring out what is troubling you more
