#asktheexpert Hi doctors, Does baby's height depends on the food we eat or its genetics? Is there anything that needs to be done to increase baby's height. Thanks in advance.

A. mostly it I genetic but u can make your baby healthy and strong through the diet.

A. diet of a child is always always genetically determined but it also depends upon nutritional factors sometimes here thereafter you can consult with your doctor and get further suggestions regarding the query to clear all your doubts in proper way which would be helpful here .

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Maintain hydration Give three meal and two snacks Every child is unique Give ultra D3 drops Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
