#AskTheExpert Hi Doctors & All, Recently colostomy(1week+) surgery happened to my 3.6+ yrs old daughter in vizag. She is suffering from cough & getting fever(101) in regular intervals after discharge. Is that fever related to the surgery(due to any infection or coughing)? Using below medicines, P-250 Ascoril and giving nibulization with Levolin 0.63 Please suggest anything quickly

A. It is difficult to say but most probably it can be due to cough so give honnitus syrup to the child twice a day and give steam to the child to relieve cough and congestion and soups and warm liquids

A. hi sorry but can not conclude anything without examining your child. but to cure fever and cough gently,rub onion slices on your child chest back and sole. maintain good hydration.
