Hello mom the best natural food to build ones immunity is seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts as well , if the child is not willing to take the milk add some flavours to it such as Turmeric , fresh fruits , or kheer etc . You can also use plant source milk such as soya or almond, cashew etc as well . Other source for immunity building is tulsi water , millets , lentils and legumes , etc .
