When you try the first time, offer it in the first half of the day and look out for allergies like rashes, itching, redness, etc. Please Ccheck with your pediatrician in case of such allergies.

Start with small amounts of finely ground or pureed dry fruits mixed into their regular meals. Keep an eye out for any allergic reactions and ensure they stay well-hydrated to avoid constipation.
