A. he is 6 month old can start introducing.. Nuts needs to be tested individually before powdering and offering together. When you try the first time, offer it in the first half of the day and look out for allergies like rashes, itching, redness, etc. Please Ccheck with your pediatrician in case of such allergies.

A. From my experience, you can introduce dry fruits to your baby around 8 to 10 months old. Start with small amounts of finely ground or pureed dry fruits mixed into their regular meals. Keep an eye out for any allergic reactions and ensure they stay well-hydrated to avoid constipation. Always avoid giving whole dry fruits to prevent choking. A. good morning I would recommend you to wait for the baby to become 8 months old and after that you can go head and start giving it to this baby there is absolutely no problem make sure you give small quantities first
