Avoid stress.. stress can increase hair loss.
Have Biotin rich food on a daily basis it is found in several foods such as carrots, liver, yeast, bananas, spinach.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. Apply coconut oil boiled with curry leaves. Add curry leaves in ur diet. Soak methi seed n grind it u can use even curry leaves. Grind together n apply to ur head n after 1/2 hours take shower. Continue weekly
