Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the child be physically active and feel hungry before the next meal. Loss of appetite can often indicate vitamin deficiency in the child. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
