Q.

#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, my son is 6 and a half years old. His upper front tooth fell around 6 months back. It still has not grown back again. Is it something to be worried about? What should we do?

A. The upper front permanent tooth erupts by the age of 6-7 years. in case the tooth doesn't come by the age of 7 years, you can visit a dentist once.

A. Hi, I would suggest to wait for 2-3 more months and in some cases, it takes time to erupt new teeth. Don't worry much. Give baby more calcium rich diet. Give homemade nutritious food and balanced diet including corbohydrate calcium protein minerals vitamins etc. Do brushing twice in a day. Maintain proper oral hygiene.
