Ma’am apply spoo Shampoo it’s good enough for dandruff doctors do advise to go for the shampoo because this shampoo is specifically for dandruff issues only so you can try that. Apart from that since your child is three years old try to maintain proper cleanliness into the scalp of the child and avoid applying oil for the time being
