#asktheexpert Hi doctor, my son is 1 yr 9 months old. Still he breastfeeds more often.. and all through night.. i lack sleep and my health deteriorates much..... how to stop breastfeeding..

A. Weaning can be stressful for toddlers and preschoolers, so take it slowly. Give children comfort and cuddles to make weaning easier. Gradually stop offering breastfeeds, but don’t refuse breastfeeds either.
