#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, My son hardly drinks milk, in a day max 90ml. And rest of the meals are also very limited like half chapathi and 5 bites of rice. For milk I tried giving in cup,straw,sipper. With gadgets I make him drink max 90ml. His weight is around 8.2 kgs and he is already 19 months. please suggest

Hi parents please don't force feed your child please strictly avoid screen time during food please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc please avoid all packed food and product with refind flour
