A. Thank you so much doctor for the response Already we have taken Ranitidine oral sol (before food) & Hydroxyzine hydrochloride syrup (after food) as pediatrician suggested also they ask us to apply atarax sol on skin if still Rashes is more. Is this good to apply sir ?

A. kindly apply moisturizing lotion (any good brand like atogla, venussia, oliatum, sebamed , citaphil etc ) or virgin coconut oil on the skin 4 to 5 times per day and if the problem still continues for more than two weeks then meet your doctor. use moisturizing soap. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder which is causing allergy on the skin.x avoid using hard water for bath. for excessive dry and skin peeling please apply moisturizingx cream / lotion at more frequent interval to control the condition and then decrease the frequency.
