#AskTheExpert Hi doctor my daughter is not latching without nipples sheild because I was unable to produce milk after c section what can I do so that she could latch easily and I also had flat nipples but i am using breast pump so now it is fine and tell me how can I produce more milk to avoid top feed

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good evening !! As you have latch issues and using breast pump then try Phillips Avent breast pump to make your breast feeding phase hassel free.
Pumping regularly helps in improving milk production,have lactating foods - Milk, dairy products, rusk, Bread toast, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, mutton kheema, garlic milk ,have more water to improve milk production.
