For a healthy diet when we talk about it you should actually include each and everything into the diet of your child whatever has been traditionally made at home could amount of protein and if you’re looking for a proper diet like to follow from time to time then you can consult a nutritionist they’ll check your child and as per the need and provide you one diet plan
