#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, My daughter is 3years and 11 months old. She is still not speaking clearly. Her words are not clear and she doesn't talk properly. She is very thin and underweight...it's 9kgs

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom was she a preterm baby as such ? As if so they grow on a slow pace by now the child should be given every thing that you make for the family at home .
For speech , read to her , sing for her , encourage her to speak , possible keep her around kids . Also take help from speech therapist as well would be helpful

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello encourage your child and give it more opportunity to speak and also it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
