#AskTheExpert hi doctor my daughter is 2 years 3 months old she often ask ORS she drinks 3 or 4 pack in a day. m afraid of giving it . does ORS content sugar to the children's giving everyday as a normal based. suggest me what to do she is very eddited to that

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious diet
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
