#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, My cousin has a 2 months baby and is exclusively breastfed. She has noticed some blood in the breast milk yesterday. Her ultrasound shows no signs of cyst or any other problem. Should she continue to brestfeed the baby? What can be the reasons of blood in the breast milk? Thank u doc.

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ask her observe and if frequently the blood is noticed then it is better to check with your doctor again and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too.. better take opinion of doctor before feeding
