Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hai good evening !! Apply coconut oil on rashes.Avoid using diapers. Change nappy, diaper every 3-4 hours,if pants immediately after peeing, pooping. Clean with unscented wipes or wet cloth dipped in warm water and pat dry. Wetness cause rashes.
