#AskTheExpert hi doctor my baby is premature baby and he is not gaining weight since it’s been 25 days he has born still he is same weight since he is born 2.7 kg

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello baby should gain a minimum of 150g to 200 g per week.. in the first month babies weight reduces and then baby starts gaining so you cannot notice much improvement and make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and if bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk using a Bpa free bottle like Babyhug
