#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, My baby is 8 months old. She is having constipation problem and tight motion. 3 meals a day, juice and breast milk is her food. what food routine should be followed to regularize motion without difficulty??

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear Gently rub your baby’s tummy, making circles in clockwise direction. Take care not to press too hard. Try to feed baby in elevated position. Burp well baby in between feeds and burp well after every feed. Give tummy time to baby if baby is comfortable. Just try to give warm com
