Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
Can give up to 60 ml of water a day.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your baby three meals throughout the day and you can give your child 300 to 400 ml of milk along with it also I would recommend you to try to give around 50 ml of water minimum
