My baby is 2yr 9 months old ; she is doing very well but I m facing problem in her potty training,she controls pee and poop badly if she didn’t wear diapers no matter how long I let her be without diapers and whenever she does poop in diaper she tells me after doing it in diaper and she scare to do pee without diapers although I m trying to make her in this way,one more thing as i communicate with her since beginning in English so she prefers English to speak instead Hindi though she mimics everyone whenever any one speak Hindi but in sentence making in both the language she is not so good but she explains most of things in English

Potty Training can be started after the age of 2 yrs.for this you need to develop a conditioned reflex in the child by fixing a particular time guregularly in which the child should be sitted over the pothty seat  .do not force the child instead make it a playful activity and not to make the child repulsive about it.slowly the child will learn to indicate before the time.

Understanding and speaking in both the language will be fine as the baby grows up. so no need to worry. 
Secondly 
for potty training you need to develop conditioned reflux by fixing particular time regularly in which child should be sitted over the potty seat.

u can use potty seat like babyhug potty seat which is adjustable on pot. 
it is attractive and colourful will encourage baby to sit on the pot
