#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, my baby is 1 year 7 months old.she completely stopped drinking milk from 2 months. How to make her drink milk? Will she completely stops milk? But I am ensuring in her breakfast or snacks with milk based recipes.

A. Dear ma’am, it is fine if she don’t drink milk. She won’t miss out on the calcium intake. You can include ragi, leafy greens, figs, chickoo, nuts etc. and instead of plain milk try fruit milkshakes
