#asktheexpert hi doctor my baby is 1.5 years now. I just wanted to ask what new things should I add in her diet

A. Hello mom from the age of 1 the toddler can be offered all family foods now, hence you may give them foods from various food groups , so roti , rice, millets such as ragi, jowar etc , oats , suji , poha etc , also dals, legumes such as chana ,rajma etc , dry fruits nuts , milk, curds, panner, ghee, seasonal fruits and vegetables, eggs, fish etc
