ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. depends upon suckling reflex . the more frequently baby sucks.. more will be production. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. prefer fibre rich diet and stay hydrated

Hi Fenugreek capsules are supposed to be very good if you want you can go ahead with that two tablets twice a day as and four tablets in totality so you can take it at least for a month if it helps you increasing your breast feeding that you can take it for 3 to 6 months
