#AskTheExpert hi doctor my baby girl is 21 months old and she is not gaining weight, she have only 9 kg weight. please tell me what should I do to increase her weight ?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. It is difficult to identity symptoms without examining. Get your child examined for any deficiencies. try offering him variety of new foods. Try changing the food taste.
Still no output you can also try deworming.

Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your baby.
Give all that you cook for ur family.
Add some of the weight gaining food like egg ghee dry fruits,dairy products like paneer curd cheese,banana shake potatoes rice avocado ragi chicken etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
