#AskTheExpert hi doctor my baby age around one and half year now I'm giving food like rice dal around 3 to 4 varieties, rasam rice, raagi and cerelac also fruits. other goods when we are eating giving for taste she is eating. Please suggest apart from this what food I can give easy for digestion also.

A. give sll family food now, Food should be soft, less spicy and sweet. No food restrictions, can give everything. Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .

A. Hi Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give three meal and two snacks Maintain hygiene Wash hands often before touching baby
