shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom first of all u should clean it with some antiseptic lotion like dettol or savlon or betadine lotion then u can apply some antiseptic cream like Candid B cream or Soframycin cream or Boroline cream on it u can ecmven apply coconut oil
