#AskTheExpert Hi doctor, my 2 yr old boy has a issue of constipation and he does not poop regularly...sometime he does in after 4 days. this makes his poop very hard to ooze out and he cries. sometime blood also comes due to rashes. what should I give him to eat ? I give him vegetables , some he chews , some swallows...I have stopped giving him milk and milk products .

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Hello, common cause of blood in an infant’s stool is a slight anal tear (fissure) from baby straining with the passage of the stool- give soft fibrous diet. snd sufficient water intake
