#asktheexpert My baby has a poop problem. He do not poop regularly due to which he do not eat properly. Sometime he vomits . I have to give home number of medicine to poop. He is 18 months old pls suggest.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Constipation is usually a very common problem seen in many cases where the most important causative factor is decrease intake of high fibre diet along with lesser fluid intake.
some food like junk food mostly containing maida ansdd oily food can aggravate such condition.
diet modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and PEG .
