#asktheexpert Hi Doctor, Minha is getting weaker day by day & her weight is less than 10kgs in the age of 2.5yrs. Frequent Congestion, Fewer & Disturbed behaviour.

A. dear parent, weight of 10 kg is on the lower side for your 2.5 years old child. since your child is falling sick frequently, immunity needs to be increased. balanced homemade diet is the basis for good health and immunity.baby's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included.
