#AskTheExpert hi doctor its my wedding in the month of July but my periods date is nearby what should i do?

A. you can postpone. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hi dear U can take medicine from the doctor to postpone ur periods for few days . But do not self medicate urself. Doctor will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation. Take care and all the best
