A. dear mum, to reduce your weight, eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat sugar and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged food good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast. good water intake at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps in losing weight.

A. hi yes mam, I advise you to take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits, sprouts, salad etc more avoid taking Junk food items. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
