Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi you should start doing exercises and yoga regularly. for example Suryanamashkar pranayam bhujangaasna, matsyasan , dhanurashan etc eat couple of bites less than usual. take green veggies and fresh fruits more
