#asktheexpert hi doctor I had vaginal stitches after delivery Im facing bit pain near vagina but my stitches are ok what is the solution for the pain how can I reduce pain as I'm not able to sleep or sit

A. having mild vaginal pain is common after delivery you just need to avoid stretching your legs more and sit in a comfortable position so that there is less of stretch over the stitches apply regularly T- bact ointment and maintain proper hygiene

A. Reduce your discomfort Place cold packs or heat packs on your stitches. Keep a thin towel between the pack and your skin. Sit on a firm seat so the stitches pull less.
