#AskTheExpert Hi doctor. i had normal delivery a month back and i am constipated from a week. what can I do about it. also does it affect breastfeeding

A. no it wil not . Eat high fiber diet can encourage regular bowel movements. A high-fiber diet results in softer stool that are passed faster, also drink lots of water

No it is not going to affect your breast feeding it is just going to be very uncomfortable for you that’s the only thing so you can start having papaya in the morning to start your day with and if you are okay with it then you can have overnight soaked prunes in the morning empty stomach and then you can have a glass of warm water later that’s going to be helpful for youWrite Your Answer Here
