#asktheexpert Hi doctor I got infected with covid on 24 th April . I was having mild symptoms. I have completed 15 days. Is it safe to go near my 5 month old daughter. Till now i was always wearing mask when I am with her

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you are not able to separate your child practically so just keep it with you but the thing is take all the precautions which are required if your child have any symptoms consult your doctor

Yes After 15 days you can definitely go close to your child and if you are planning to get another Covid test done to be more sure about it whether you are negative or not then you get it done and till the time your test result has not come where a mask whenever you close to close to your child just to be more cautious about it
