Q.

#AskTheExpert hi Doctor, I am facing issues with breast engorgement my 3 week old baby girl finds it difficult while feeding as theirs overflow of milk and she spits out some time after feeding. pls help with solution to the problem

A. but what I heard is the more we pump more supply of milk we get....so aren't we adding to the problem by pumping it out

A. if you have overflow of milk then just before starting giving feed you should take some milk out by pressing yourself so that the flow will reduce and you can store this milk in the bottle and can feed your baby when needed you can do this alternatively
