#asktheexpert hi doctor.. I am 34 years old my name is Archana. 2023 k 6 September ko Mera last period ki date thi pregnancy conceive hone ke bad mujhe 13 June mujhe delivery date aayi thi sonography me.. health issue kuch bhi nahi tha.. mujhe 18 may ko dophar ko normal pain hua or baby k movment kam lag rahe the ... evening me urgent sonography ki to baby k heartbeat nahi aaye normal delivery Hui 19 morning ko.. baby girl ho kar expired ho gayi thi .Dr ne torch test kiye to baby ko cytomegalovirus hua tha ... yah problem fir se na ho isliye mujhe kya precaution karna chahie aur next pregnancy mujhe kitne din ke bad rakhni chahie... kya next pregnancy mein bhi aisa koi problem ho sakta hai kya please give me proper answer doctor

ji ideally aap pregnancy to 2-3 sal ke bad plan or shakte ho
kyunki abhi aapke body ko jo pregnancy gayi he use recover hone ki jrurat he so isme time lagega.
dusri chiz ki jo viral Infection hua tha vo next time avoid krne k liye aapko bhot careful rehna honga dusri bar.
uske liye aapko healthy hygiene habits follow kri rahengi
jese ki proper handwash krna especially,meals ke before and after.
aap ko jo log bimar he,use dur rhna he.
aur apne bartan,kpde, bedsheets,comb sab alag rakhna he
ye sab pregnancy k darmiya aapko follow krna he.
