#AskTheExpert hi doctor, how to treat recurring and severe cold (running nise) in kids these days. It die st seem to stop only. Thanks

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a gxhome remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold cang be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

use Nebulizer as suggested by your doctor for fast relief
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
