A. child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months and triples by one year. give only breastmilk till completion of six months. start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly

A. It Should be somewhere around double the birth weight of the child by completing the age of six months or before that so if your child is close to that where as of now then that’s a pretty good way that your child must be having as per the age of your child since I am not aware about the birth weight of the child so I can just tell you approximately this is going to be the correct wait for the child as per the age
